tight testing system is required to verify the properties
of Category 6 products.
It has been pointed out in
TIA TR-42 contributions that the same test even in the same
laboratory, held in different times would result in an error
up to 1dB.
SURTEC found that most of the deviations result from the
uncertainty of test leads configuration between each testing.
So, we have developed a fixture that makes the layout of
the leads unchangeable. By using it with a switcher, we
build an auto testing system that is trustworthy for Category
6 products developing. The repeated error of this system
is proven vanished. 
The test system is consist of
- An Agilent 8753es Network Analyzer
- An auto switcher
- A fixture assembly
