Production Quality

We employ advanced techniques such as CCTV inspection, fixture tools, 100% testing, semi-automated testing, and precision automation. Third Party Assurance Quality
SURTEC has also added third party testing laboratories to our quality inspection process. This provides an additional check on our internal testing to provide even more reliability in our process and product.

This machine tests the durability of our plug/jack contacts by repeatedly inserting a plug into a jack for a specified number of cycles.

RoHS Tester
Used for identification and analysis of metal alloys in compliance testing for RoHS regulations.
This machine allows us to inspect metal alloys to ensure their compliance with the RoHS standards. This is to make sure that we do not ship any products that have any of the substances prohibited by the RoHS standards.

Coating Thickness
X-Ray Tester
Cyclic Damp Heat Test
Inspecting the coating and plating thickness of Copper, Nickel and Gold for compliance with the TIA-968-A standard. This machine is used to test the thickness of copper coating on Printed Circuit Boards and the plating thickness on our contacts to ensure that they comply with the 50 micro inch plating called for in the TIA standard.
This equipment ensures our products comply with IEC 60068-2-30 standards, including the Cyclic Damp Heat Test for high humidity and temperature changes. It can perform various environmental tests, programmed via computer and USB. Self-calibrating with wet and dry bulb sensors, it operates from 10°C to 85°C and 10% to 98% humidity. Eco-friendly, it uses 80% less water and 45% less power than previous models, up to 70% less than competitors. This machine ensures rigorous standards and efficiency.
